LMAO Could be worse i guess. These little micras are actually pretty good to drive, the beastmistress had one a couple of years back....until i stove it into the side of some red-light-jumping jizz-stain ![::)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/eyesroll.png)

I'm all about the swish, cut, jaunty angled rub strip on the side, that's a design classic.
Looking forward to seeing the rebirth of the W123 though, should be good!

theres a 75% chance it wont be staying 'dave green' when its rolling again. its been in the garage for over a year and the laquer is lifting all over. i could roll like that, and show them what proper patina is ![::)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/eyesroll.png) , or more likely than not change the colour. plans are afoot. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

i took the big girl for a run out to the NE RR meet on saturday. first proper run out of the new year. ive had a bit of bother with the ABS on the front right wheel in the past, so out of paranoia i had it to bits a few days ago to have a poke about. dont want it breaking on the way to another meet, do we. all seemed fine other than some slight rust on the disc, from it being parked up for a few weeks. 50 mile round trip with no problems and a healthy 19 mpg. ![](http://i143.photobucket.com/albums/r132/coggers01/rr%20meet%20240109%20washington/DSCF0013.jpg) pic courtesy of coggers. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

things have changed a smidge since i last posted here. the micra has gone to a new home, and the silver 124 has been cubed, due to it being fooked and a quick disposal needed. the 123 is still awaiting its ressurection. ive still got the 126, but im seriously thinking of trying to sell it. so, that left me with a couple of cars unsuitable for my daily and dad car. i was looking at W210 wagons, then this winked at me and i was in like a rat up a drainpipe. as i bought it ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v647/tonycocacola/124%20coupe/Coop12.jpg) a couple of weeks later ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v647/tonycocacola/124%20coupe/1-a2.jpg) ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v647/tonycocacola/124%20coupe/Coop-amg2.jpg) then a couple of weeks later, like this ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v647/tonycocacola/124%20coupe/Grille3.jpg) looks like this at the mo ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v647/tonycocacola/124%20coupe/8hole-4.jpg) the 18s need tyres!!!!!! ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)
